Fleet Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced ESG Advisory Manager – Commercial to guide customers through evolving maritime regulations, decarbonisation, and compliance pathways, including FuelEU, EU ETS, CII, and EEXI. The role drives consultative ESG advisory services and builds strategic client partnerships to create new business opportunities.

The position supports commercial growth by positioning Fleet World's ESG capabilities, digital solutions, and sustainability expertise

Qualifications

5–8 years’ experience in maritime ESG advisory or related field.
Experience with EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, CII, EEXI.
Experience in customer-facing advisory or business development roles in shipping or maritime services.
Proficiency in MS Office and data/reporting platforms; familiarity with maritime digital systems.
Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

Monitor evolving maritime regulations impacting customer assets, operations, and commercial exposure.
Represent Fleet at industry conferences, regulatory forums, and stakeholder engagements.
Support EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, CII, and EEXI compliance reporting and SMA obligations.
Lead consultative ESG and decarbonisation advisory services across regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with IT teams for PARIS, NOVA, and related platforms to enhance data integrity and reporting.
