Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking a senior Sustainability Structuring Advisor reporting to the Head of DCM. You will lead ESG-driven advisory, shape green finance frameworks, and drive cross-border DCM initiatives with a mandate from senior leadership.

You will originate deals, manage external stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while coordinating with coverage and execution teams to deliver sustainable finance transactions across Greater China.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ESG/sustainability advisory experience.
• Experience within a top-tier investment bank, securities firm, rating agency, or ESG rating provider.
• In-depth knowledge of global/regional sustainable finance standards (ICMA, LMA, HKEX ESG guidelines, China Green Bond Principles).
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required) with strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory on ESG and sustainability and advising issuer clients on frameworks and green bond structuring.
• Origination and pitching of mandates as Sustainability Structuring Advisor on DCM transactions.
• Coordinate with coverage and DCM execution teams to embed ESG frameworks and metrics into deal documentation and roadshows.
• Manage relationships with SPO providers, rating agencies, and green certification bodies for validation and certification.
