Job summary

Hostmost is seeking a Service Coordinator in Hong Kong to respond to RFQs, draft POs and SOs, and invoice for marine electronics services. You will coordinate with technical teams, logistics, and customers to ensure timely quotes, orders, and payments while using Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, and MS Business Central for seamless communication.

The role requires strong English skills and a customer-focused mindset, with knowledge of marine electronics a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Secondary Education or equivalent.
• English proficiency is a must; Cantonese / Mandarin are assets.
• Basic understanding of marine electronics and/or marine industry.
• Customer-focused mindset, sense of logic and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to RFQs and gather information to prepare accurate quotes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to propose solutions and follow up on RFQs.
• Record customer reasoning for success or failure of RFQs.
• Process service orders and communicate order details (ETA/ETD, location, logistics).
• Prepare documents: quotations, POs, SOs, and shipping documents; ensure information accuracy.
