St. James' Settlement 聖雅各福群會 in Wan Chai is seeking an experienced Corporate Venture - Partnership & Alliances Manager (Contract) to lead corporate partnership, fundraising and resource mobilization efforts.

You will build relationships with corporates, foundations and donors, develop sponsorship packages and campaigns, and manage digital engagement. Fluency in English and Chinese and strong project management are essential. This role is based in Hong Kong with on-site work.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate partnership development, fundraising, resource mobilization, business development, ESG/CSR initiatives, communications or NGO sector.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with corporates, foundations, donors and community stakeholders.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, mature, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in fundraising, proposal development, sponsorship acquisition or corporate engagement is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Lead and coordinate corporate sponsorships, volunteer engagement programmes, fundraising campaigns and major fundraising events.
• Manage the agency's website, social media platforms and digital engagement initiatives.
• Prepare funding proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with service units to support service development and resource generation.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
