The Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong(BGCA) 是香港歷史悠久的社會福利機構，現邀請加入青年諮詢委員會領導職位，帶領青少年主導的計劃，提升心理健康意識。工作地點：葵涌，合約結束日：2027年10月31日。

任務包括提供個案評估與輔導、轉介服務，設計及實施支援小組與活動，並處理行政、財務與人力資源事務，必要時完成主管交辦的其他工作。

要求具社會工作學士以上、註冊社工資格，具相關經驗者優先；需具備正面、主動、能於壓力下工作的特質，以及中英文流利、具良好人際及表達能力，熟練 MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint。

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or above.
• Registered Social Worker.
• Relevant experience in social work and mental health fields is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Description

• Lead the Youth Advisory Committee to design and implement youth-led programs promoting mental health awareness
• Plan and facilitate supportive groups and activities
• Provide case assessment, counseling, and referrals for distressed youth
• Manage administrative, financial, and human resources matters related to the services
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Working location: Kwai Chung
• Contract end date : 31 October 2027

Requirement
