Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of compensation and benefits experience in multinational environments.
- Strong expertise in compensation modelling, market data analysis, salary structures, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Mercer IPE experience highly regarded.
- Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin advantageous.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, logistics, transportation, manufacturing or asset-intensive sectors preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation planning, salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
- Develop job architecture and rewards programmes, administer benefits.
- Develop rewards policy and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Use data analytics to provide pay insights, address equity and workforce trends.
- Partner with stakeholders across international teams to shape global rewards strategy.
