Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Manager, Agency Development to design and drive sales promotions, campaigns, and major agency events in Hong Kong. The role requires coordinating with multiple vendors and internal teams, with strong communication across English and Chinese stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in sales promotion or events within life insurance or financial services, and demonstrates solid project management, budgeting, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Sales Promotion, Agency Marketing, Projects Management, or Event Marketing.
• Direct working experience within Life Insurance or Financial Services, supporting Agency Distribution, preferred.
• Strong project management and event organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse agency stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, multi-task under pressure, meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• MS Office proficiency; CRM tools or graphic design experience considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sales promotion campaigns, contests, and incentive programs for agency production and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, track budget utilization, and evaluate ROI for promotional activities.
• Prepare clear rules, guidelines, and workflows for sales contests.
• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for major agency events and awards.
• Coordinate with external vendors, travel agencies, design houses, and venue operators for seamless events.
• Develop internal promotional materials, e-newsletters, social media content, and decks for communication to agency force.
• Analyze sales data and participation trends to gain insights for future promotions.
• Serve as a main contact for agency leaders regarding promotion inquiries, rules, and incentive tracking.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic projects supporting corporate priorities and growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in Sales Promotion, Agency Marketing, Projects Management, or Event Marketing.
• Direct working experience within the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry (specifically supporting Agency Distribution) is highly preferred.
• Strong project management, event organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with diverse agency stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, handle multi-tasking under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with graphic design tools or CRM tools is an advantage
