Katch (HK) Limited is seeking a seasoned leader to develop and manage the Katch Membership Programme, guiding acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty initiatives. This role also oversees Katch Mall operations, merchandising strategy, and drives sales performance.
You will design exclusive member benefits and campaigns, analyze insights to improve engagement and conversion, and develop commercial opportunities through partnerships and cross-promotions.
Develop and manage Katch Membership Programme, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
Oversee Katch Mall operations, merchandising strategy, and sales performance.
Design exclusive member benefits, campaigns, and fan experiences.
Analyze member and customer insights to improve engagement and conversion.
Develop commercial opportunities through merchandise, memberships, partnerships, and cross-promotions.
Work closely with Artist Management, Concert Production, and Marketing teams to maximize fan monetisation.
Establish KPIs, operational processes, and performance reporting.
Execute any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, or related disciplines, or equivalent qualification at HKQF Level 5
Minimum 8 years of experience in Membership, CRM, Loyalty, E-commerce, Entertainment, or Lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of customer engagement, community building, and digital commerce.
Experience in driving revenue growth and customer retention.
Commercially minded, analytical, and results-oriented.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in team management is preferred as supervisory level.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
