Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is recruiting a Manager, IT Operations for a major Financial Group. The role focuses on designing, planning and leading ITIL processes, and supervising the operations team to deliver BAU and managed services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in IT, 8+ years in IT operations and strong PM skills, with ITSM tool experience and proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) and English. MCSE/ PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years or above experience in IT operation and service management is required.
• Strong project management skills; experience in IT services and operations is preferred.
• Knowledge in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, CA, Manage Engine, or others).
• Knowledge in Windows based infrastructure (M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure cloud Infrastructure.
• MCSE / MCITP / PMP certificate is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and draw IT operation and managed services framework policies, documentation, and reporting.
• Prepare technical proposal and budget, including pros & cons of different solutions options.

• Provide suggestions for streamlining operational procedures, increasing productivity, enhancing operational control, and achieving resource utilization by means of the system continuously.
