Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced CS/sales liaison to bridge internal communications and frontline sales. You will help optimize processing times and content while supporting efforts to uplift business volume and drive service-to-sales effectiveness.

The role requires at least 5 years in insurance-related CS/sales, knowledge of life insurance products, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills to serve senior management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years CS/sales related working experience in insurance industry.
• Knowledge on Life Insurance products and back-end operations.
• Customer-focused, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and provide professional services for senior management in the organization.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Accurate, attention to details and be a good team player.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a conduit between internal communication and frontline sales.
