BCT Financial Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager - Business Proposition (Product) to drive product and content development, coordinate projects, and strengthen governance and business growth. You will engage asset managers and investment partners, collaborate with internal teams, and oversee the execution of product changes with regulatory and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of client services experience in pension/financial/consulting.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Knowledge of MPF and ORSO schemes is a plus.

Manager - Business Proposition (Product)

This role is to support product and content development initiatives to strengthen BCT's strategic proposition, coordinate corporate projects, and contribute to effective governance and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage asset managers and investment partners to support fund development and product enhancements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external asset managers to develop, evaluate and launch product
• Support the implementation of product and fund changes, ensuring compliance, operational readiness, and effective stakeholder communication
• Monitor market and regulatory developments to provide insights on opportunities for product enhancement
• Execute multi-source advisory strategy and develop actionable plans
• Perform other duties and projects assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in business discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in client services preferably in pension/financial/consulting industry
• Good project management skills and proficiency in computer skills
• Strong communication skills and good stakeholder management
• Be innovative and agile in work process and achieve business model sustainability
• Strong initiative with customer-oriented mindset
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Knowledge of MPF and ORSO schemes is an added advantage

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
