Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong is seeking a Head of Corporate Communication to lead two teams and support the group’s corporate communications strategy, media and PR directions, and targeted campaigns.

The role will work across content marketing, channel marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely communications to all stakeholders, with a focus on media relations and public affairs.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, marketing or related disciplines.
• Extensive knowledge in media landscape.
• Excellent communications skills in both conversational and written English.

Responsibilities

• Developing, managing and executing corporate communications plans including public affairs, media relations, CSR and community engagement.
• Take part in media communications to achieve business goals.
• Coordinate critical enterprise communications to ensure information released on time to all stakeholders.
• Drive channel marketing strategies and coordinate with digital and PR teams for online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Write and edit publicity materials for employees, media and audiences.

About our client:

Our client is a listed media company and they are currently looking for a Head of Corporate Communication/ Senior Manager.

You will be managing 2 teams, responsible to manage both HK Brand Marketing & External Affairs. Supporting Group corporate communications strategy, media & PR directions and targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, managing and executing corporate communications plans including but not limited to public affairs, media relations, CSR and community engagement
• Take part in media communications in order to achieve business goals of the company
• Support to coordinate critical enterprise communications to assure information released on time to all stakeholders
• On content marketing, drive channel marketing strategies to ensure desirable program awareness and engagement. Plan, navigate and coordinate internally with digital and PR teams for all online and offline marketing initiatives
• Write and edit publicity materials for interacting with employees, media and varied key audiences pertinent to news and issues management

Requirements:

• Degree in communications, marketing or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of working experience in corporate communications
• Extensive knowledge in media landscape
• Excellent communications skills in both conversational and written English
