Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced recruitment leader for its agency division. You will shape agency recruitment strategies, run promotional campaigns, and collaborate with directors and external agencies to build a strong pipeline of agents, including MCV segments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years in agency recruitment or talent acquisition, with solid knowledge of the insurance sector and event/vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of agency recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales promotion experience, ideally in insurance.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep insight into insurance industry recruitment processes.
• Proven capability in managing event planning and vendor relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken Mandarin (PTH) is a huge advantage.
• Background or experience with MCV segment strategies is highly preferred.

• Enhancing the reach and penetration of recruitment materials to engage specific demographics, including targeted talent pools like MCV segments.
