  • Skilled in drafting bilingual (English & Chinese) communications including press releases and reports.

  • Draft and produce bilingual (English & Chinese) publicity materials including press releases, newsletters, reports, and website content
  • Manage and revamp website content; develop online marketing and promotional materials
  • Strengthen brand awareness and publicity through digital platforms and media partnerships
  • Plan and conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to identify member needs
  • Gather and analyse member feedback to inform initiatives and solutions
  • Coordinate member meetings and Annual General Meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes
  • Maintain strong partnerships with trade and government departments to secure support for activities

The Quality Tourism Services Association (QTSA) is one of the leading trade associations in Hong Kong, representing more than 1,100 members across retail, dining, and other service providers with over 8,000 outlets citywide. About the role

We are seeking a Manager to drive member engagement, industry collaboration, and promotional initiatives. This full time position leads training programmes, seminars, and campaigns to uplift service quality, while managing communications, publicity, and digital marketing. You will work closely with trade partners and government departments to strengthen partnerships, broaden industry support, and coordinate member activities, surveys, and events that shape strategy and reinforce service excellence.

Key responsibilities

Develop training activities, seminars, and workshops to uplift service standards

About you

Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and achieving revenue/participation targets

Solid knowledge of customer service standards, industry practices, and digital marketing strategies

Skilled in drafting bilingual (English & Chinese) communications including press releases and reports

Strong written and verbal communication with creativity in promotional content development

Analytical ability to interpret member feedback and propose actionable solutions
