Qualifications

• University graduate from any discipline with good academic performance or outstanding extra-curricular achievements.
• Numerically sensitive.
• Ability to articulate ideas in a logical manner.
• Good understanding of Chinese culture and market trends.
• International exposure is a big plus.
• Strong command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Run the management cadence; coordinate management meeting materials, consolidate discussion and action points, and monitor their execution.
• Inform the strategy; assist in creating presentation materials for strategy planning, conduct market research, and support management decision making.
• Connect the teams; facilitate effective communication across functional teams and help cultivate a desirable work culture.
• Face the client; support the handling of external client marketing communications to broaden your market acumen.
• Grow the business; assist in marketing and business development initiatives.
