Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is launching the Management Trainee Programme to recruit high-potential fresh graduates as future leaders. You will work with senior managers on stretch projects contributing to the Club's business development and impact on society, while developing leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or degree holder in any discipline.
• Less than three years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured programme to learn various aspects of the Club's operations and management.
• Rotate through different departments to gain cross-functional experience.
