Job summary

TAL Apparel Limited, a HK-headquartered fashion apparel manufacturer with a 24-month Management Trainee Program, invites final-year graduates to join a global leader. You will rotate across sales, merchandising, sourcing, and corporate functions, gaining international factory exposure and leadership coaching.

Upon successful completion, you may move into a permanent Merchandising role, driving product strategy and customer relationships in a dynamic, worldwide business landscape.

Qualifications

• Final-year students or graduates with less than 1 year of work experience from any discipline.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and passion for a successful fashion career.
• Curious, agile, self-motivated, and solution-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent command of English; Chinese language skills are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across sales, merchandising, materials sourcing, selected corporate functions and international factory operations.
• Receive on-the-job coaching from senior management and industry experts.
• Join strategic projects that stretch capabilities and foster cross-functional impact.
• International exposure through overseas manufacturing facilities.
• Upon completion, step into a permanent Merchandising role driving product strategy and customer relationships.
