Regal Hotels International offers an 18-month fast-track Management Trainee programme in Food & Beverage or Rooms. Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years of experience can apply, with rotation through departments to build leadership skills and guest-service excellence.

The programme aims to develop future Assistant Managers in Hong Kong. Starting 1 January 2027, the scheme seeks individuals who are eager to learn, own development, and grow into hotel leadership roles, with a guest-first

Ready to turn your ambition into a hospitality career? Our 18-month fast-track Management Trainee programme, starting 1 January 2027, is designed to develop you into an Assistant Manager upon successful completion.

We welcome fresh graduates and early-career professionals with 1–3 years of work experience who are eager to learn, take ownership and grow into future hotel leaders.

Food & Beverage Track: Build your expertise in restaurant and event operations, service delivery and the commercial side of F&B.

Rooms Track: Develop your skills in front office, housekeeping coordination and the end-to-end guest experience.

What You’ll Do

Complete a structured 18-month development programme in your chosen track, building operational knowledge and leadership skills.

Rotate within your chosen track and gain exposure across other relevant departments, building a holistic understanding of hotel operations and the wider business.

Support daily operations, respond to guest needs and help maintain service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Work alongside hotel leaders and experienced colleagues, turning feedback into practical skills and greater responsibility.

Contribute fresh ideas and improvement projects that enhance guest experiences, team efficiency and business performance.

Progress towards supervisory responsibilities, developing the confidence and judgement needed for an Assistant Manager role.

What You’ll Bring

A degree in hospitality, tourism, business or another discipline, with a genuine interest in a hotel management career.

Fresh graduate status or 1–3 years of work experience; hospitality experience is welcome but not essential.

Clear ambition to become a future functional leader or Hotel General Manager, with commitment to completing the full 18‑month programme as your first step towards that goal.

A guest-first mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.

Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn through hands‑on work, feedback and new challenges.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and availability to start on1 January 2027.
