The Hong Kong Jockey Club is offering a Management Trainee Programme to develop high-potential individuals into future leaders. Over three years, you will gain deep exposure to the Club’s integrated business model through formal training and job rotations, while participating in stretch projects that contribute to business growth and societal impact.

• Fresh graduate or degree holder in any discipline.
• Less than three years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured programme to learn various aspects of the Club's operations and management.
• Rotate through different departments to gain cross-functional experience.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and projects.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve efficiency and processes.
• Develop leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Receive coaching and mentorship from experienced managers.
• Prepare for a future management position within the organisation.
• Work with senior managers and colleagues on stretch projects contributing to the Club's business development and its broader impact on society.

About the Role

The Management Trainee Programme recruits and develops high-potential individuals as future leaders of The Hong Kong Jockey Club. The three-year accelerated programme is designed to give the job holder a deeper understanding of the Club and its unique integrated business model. The job holder will gain job-related skills and knowledge through learning and development activities, including formal training and job rotations within and across divisions. They will also work with senior managers and colleagues on stretch projects that contribute to the Club's business development and broader impact on society.
