Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is launching the Management Trainee Programme to recruit high-potential fresh graduates as future leaders. This accelerated three-year programme offers deep understanding of the Club and its integrated business model, with formal training and job rotations across divisions.

You will work with senior managers on stretch projects contributing to the Club's business development and impact on society, while developing leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Less than three years of working experience.
