Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a Call Centre Operator to handle internal staff hotline calls about MVAC and facilities maintenance, and to manage work orders in MAXIMO. You will coordinate with technicians and project leaders to track repairs and ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Call Centre, customer service, or helpdesk environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese) with good written and spoken skills.
• Able to liaise between non-technical end-users, internal management and repair teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming hotline calls from internal staff regarding MVAC and facilities issues.
• Create, update, and assign maintenance work orders accurately through MAXIMO.
• Provide timely work order status updates and resolve follow-up inquiries.
