Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a senior institutional sales professional to originate and manage relationships with banks, insurers, securities firms, wealth platforms, and other financial institutions across Mainland China.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will develop and execute growth strategies for AUM, present investment solutions, lead meetings and roadshows, and coordinate with portfolio managers to tailor offerings for institutional clients in Greater

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 5–15 years of asset management sales or institutional distribution.
• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originating and maintaining institutional client relationships across Mainland China.
• Develop and execute institutional sales strategies to achieve AUM growth.
• Promote investment solutions including IG Bond Fund, US Dollar Money Market Fund, Global IG Bond Fund, Global Select Equity Fund.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, product specialists, and senior management to tailor investment solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, investment presentations, roadshows, and due diligence sessions.
• Monitor market developments, client trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Support product positioning, marketing initiatives, and fundraising campaigns across Greater China.
