Job summary

Responsibilities

• Undertake all stages of projects from start to end.
• Calculate material quantities for the project.
• Coordinate with plumber, main-contractor, or consultant.
• Prepare shop drawings and beam penetration drawings.
• Submit risk assessments, safety procedures, method statements, and catalogs as required.
• Coordinate with project manager/engineer/supervisor and support sites with drawings.
• Resolve technical problems from sites.
• Attend site meetings, testing, and turn-ons.
• Update drawings as required and track project status.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors on progress, logistics, and manpower.
• Liaise with clients for remote troubleshooting and maintenance advice.
• Assist scheduling service technicians and manpower coordination.
• Assist in document submissions and control.
• Track and follow up service and maintenance cases.
• Review project schedules and ensure timely submissions to authorities.
• Work closely with engineers for various project phases.
• Maintain documentation of all drawings and correspondence.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as instructed.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake all stages of Projects, from start to end.
• Calculate quantity of material for the whole project.
• Timely coordination and follow up with the Plumber/ Main-contractor or Consultant.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings, Beam Penetration Drawing.
• Submission of the relevant documents (Risk Assessment and Safety Work Procedure, method statement, material catalogue) as required by the Site Main Contractor.
• Co-ordinate with the Project Manager, Project Engineer and/or Project Supervisor on the projects and emails, support sites with drawings and details.
• Co-ordinate and resolve all technical problems from sites.
• Attend major site meetings, Testing and Turn-on.
• Update drawings as required.
• Perform regular updates on project status for meetings.
• Track progress of sites.
• Co-ordinate with all other Engineers and Supervisors for site progress, logistics and manpower scheduling.
• Liaison with clients for remote trouble shooting and advice in servicing and maintenance
• Assist in scheduling Service Technicians and manpower coordination
• Assist in document submissions and controlling
• Tracking and follow-up for every service and maintenance cases
• Review project schedules and ensure timely submission of documents to Authorities.
• Ability to work closely with Engineer for various Project phases.
• All drawings and correspondences must be well documented.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by Management.
