Job summary

Kiu Lok Service Management Co., Ltd. is seeking a qualified engineer to lead repair and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties in Wan Chai.

You will provide technical advice to Estates/Property Managers on builder works, electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring smooth operations and proactive facilities management. The role requires a Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma in engineering, at least 3 years of M&E experience, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree holder major in Engineering or Higher Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in M&E repair and maintenance works at various residential or commercial building, experience in building automation system will be an advantage.
• Registered electrical worker qualified for grade A work or above is an advantage.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in PC application.
• Independent, initiative & able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of M&E systems in residential or commercial buildings.
• Assist and provide technical advice and support to Estates/Property Managers on repair projects, especially builder works, electrical and mechanical issues.
• Maintain smooth and effective communication with property owners and operators.
• Make planning on regular maintenance contracts and individual maintenance tasks on major facilities.
• Monitor the performance of contractors.
