SA Project Limited is seeking an M&E Engineer to oversee interior fitting-out projects on the MEP scope, ensuring compliance with design specifications, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include overseeing FS, P&D, IT, AV, MVAC and SEC works, coordinating with suppliers, preparing schedules, tracking progress and quality, attending meetings with clients, contractors and stakeholders, and submitting progress reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Building Services Engineering.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Oversee FS, P&D, IT, AV, MVAC and SEC works and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and MEP requirements.
• Participate in tender process and assist in developing and submitting tender proposals.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor progress and quality of construction work.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct site inspections and address issues and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation.
