Job summary

Balenciaga Asia Pacific Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales & Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team. You will ensure professional customer service, assist with merchandising, and help maintain store presentation and stock accuracy.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in retail, a passion for high fashion, and fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Knowledge of MS Office is a plus, and a polished, client‑facing approach is essential for daily interactions with Balenciaga clients.

Qualifications

Form 5 or above and 2–5 years hands-on retail sales or store operations experience.
Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is highly preferred.
Demonstrated strong sense of high-end fashion.
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

To ensure creative merchandising of store collections and provide professional customer service.
To act as a host for customers, interact and build strong customer relationships.
To ensure daily stock counts are performed accurately.
To control products from a quality point of view.
To maintain display of products and price marking.
To keep the store clean and tidy in all aspects.
