Maison Muguet Limited in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate with jewellery/luxury retail experience and a client-focused service mindset. You will deliver personalised styling consultations, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless omnichannel service.

The role requires strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin skills, with a base salary plus uncapped monthly commission. The company offers opportunities for growth in a flagship Central boutique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (jewellery or luxury fashion experience preferred).
• Strong passion for fashion and jewellery design with a consultative selling mindset.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1-on-1 styling consultations and match clients with pieces based on style and occasions.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive outreach and personalized client updates via messaging platforms.
• Handle inquiries across in-store, phone, and online channels to provide high-touch luxury service.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock checks, and online order fulfillment.
