Job summary

Maison Muguet Limited is seeking a part-time Brand Stylist in Central, Hong Kong, with a passion for fine jewellery and diamonds. You will deliver styling consultations, explain the 4Cs, and help clients choose pieces that fit their wardrobe and occasions.

Role requires strong communication, a service mindset, and the ability to manage exchanges, returns, and enquiries via multiple channels while maintaining beautiful displays and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fine jewellery and diamonds is preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and service-oriented attitude.
• Detail-oriented with good personal presentation.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-focused styling consultations for fine jewellery and diamonds.
• Explain 4Cs and Certifications to clients.
• Assist with exchanges and returns professionally.
• Support CRM updates and client record maintenance.
• Assist in visual merchandising and upkeep of displays.
• Maintain product presentation standards and boutique cleanliness.
• Handle inquiries across in-store, phone, and messaging platforms.

Maison Muguet is a modern jewellery house curating chic, well-made, and thoughtfully selected fashion and fine jewellery from around the world.

We are seeking a Part-time Brand Stylist with knowledge and interest in fine jewellery and diamonds, together with a strong sense of style and a client-focused service mindset, to join our Central boutique team.

Work Schedule

Weekend Requirement: At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Styling

Confidently introduce and explain fine jewellery and diamonds (4Cs and Certifications)

Deliver personalised, styling-led consultations, guiding clients in selecting pieces aligned with their wardrobe and occasions

Support client relationship building and deliver attentive, personalised service

Assist with client enquiries across in-store, phone, and messaging platforms (WeChat, WhatsApp)

Assist with exchanges and returns professionally

Assist in visual merchandising and upkeep of displays

Maintain product presentation standards, including polishing and basic quality checks

Help maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the boutique

Operations Support

Assist with CRM updates and client records

Support inventory checks and stock replenishment

Assist with order processing and dispatch

Profile

Knowledge of fine jewellery and diamonds is preferred

Experience in retail or customer service

Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude

Detail-oriented with good personal presentation

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written
