Job summary

Solomon HR Solution Limited, on behalf of a luxury jewelry brand client, invites applications for a Jewelry/Jewellery Product Developer (Contract). You will collaborate with designers to translate sketches into manufacturable pieces and lead the full product development lifecycle, from sourcing to pricing input.

You will manage sampling timelines, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and develop tech packs with BOMs, CAD references, finish specs, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of jewelry product development experience.
• Knowledge of precious materials (gold, diamonds) and manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple SKUs and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate sketches into manufacturable, high-quality jewelry pieces.
• Lead the full product development lifecycle: material sourcing, feasibility assessment, prototyping, cost engineering, and pricing input.
• Manage sampling timelines and coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and maintain tech packs: BOMs, CAD references, finish requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with international jewelry standards (CIBJO, hallmarking) and sustainability commitments.
• Contribute to seasonal line reviews and collection planning.
