Job summary

Prada Group in Hong Kong seeks a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client first and guiding them into the world of Prada. You will pursue individual and team sales targets, acting as a brand ambassador across in-store and e-commerce channels.

You will build meaningful relationships, promote Prada philosophy and use CRM to personalize service while embracing an omnichannel mindset and evolving fashion knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
• Customer-oriented with strong sales drive.
• Good team-player and results oriented.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center, providing excellent service per the brand journey ceremony.
• Aim to exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, Prada history, culture and DNA.
• Capture customer data in CRM to build long-term relationships.
• Promote Omni Channel experiences and digital tools for a seamless luxury journey.
• Support store operations and stock procedures, including back-of-house tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience.
