Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury/fashion/cosmetics preferred.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven; capable of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center and provide excellence service in accordance with the client journey.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Prada history, culture and DNA.
• Capture customer data into the Company CRM for personalized engagement.
• Promote Omni Channel mindset and integrated luxury experience.
• Maintain stockroom and assist in daily store operations.
• Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service.
