Blancpain seeks a Brand Manager for Hong Kong & Macau to own the brand’s strategy, sales development, and execution in these markets. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to translate global vision into local initiatives, aiming for growth, profitability, and share in a top-tier luxury context.

You will manage retail networks, partner negotiations, and CRM initiatives while maintaining Blancpain’s high standards in service, visual merchandising, and brand representation.

Qualificações

• At least 12 years of experience in luxury brand management with achievements in strategy, sales and marketing.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role leading teams and meeting objectives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability and results focus.
• Deep understanding of the luxury sector, consumer behavior and market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Own brand strategy and execution for Hong Kong & Macau aligned with Blancpain HQ.
• Drive sales targets across retail boutiques and channels; oversee network expansion.
• Lead marketing, PR, and communications plans for online and offline channels.
• Manage product assortment and lifecycle to optimize stock and launches; ensure pricing alignment.
• Ensure brand standards, customer experience, and boutique merchandising quality.
