Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a passionate Retail Intern to support APAC retail initiatives, campaigns, pop-ups, store openings and training programs.

You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to enhance in-store execution and selling capabilities across the region. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2nd or 3rd internship or related work experience; English proficiency is essential, with French, Korean, or Japanese a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in final year with internship experience.
• 2nd or 3rd internship or related work experience in past.
• Interest in fragrances, beauty or luxury industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VM plans and retail activations across APAC with local teams.
• Monitor retail initiatives and KPIs, advising on improvements.
• Consolidate regional VM materials, forecast needs, and track delivery timelines.
• Produce competitive intelligence reports on trends and activities.
