Job summary

Estee Lauder (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a passionate Retail & Education Intern to support APAC retail deployment, campaigns, pop-ups, store openings, and training programs. You will enhance in-store execution and product knowledge across markets, collaborating with regional and global teams.

The role focuses on coordinating VM plans, activations, and analytics, while tracking timelines for materials and events to ensure excellent retail performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 2nd or 3rd internship or related work experience.
• Interest in fragrances, beauty or luxury.
• Excellent English communication; French/Korean/Japanese a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VM plans and retail activations across APAC markets.
• Monitor retail initiatives, KPIs, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
• Forecasting: gather regional VM tool requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Market intelligence: benchmark competitors and inform regional/global teams.
