The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a passionate Retail Intern to support APAC retail initiatives, store activations, and training programs across markets.

You will help enhance in-store execution, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and MS Office skills with an interest in beauty and luxury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed; internship or work experience in the past.
• Strong interest in fragrances, beauty or luxury.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken); knowledge of French, Korean, Japanese is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work in a multicultural environment and with diverse teams.
• Demonstrate independence, organization, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VM plans and retail activations across APAC markets.
• Monitor retail initiative performance and provide actionable insights.
• Assist forecasting, track market requests, and manage production timelines.
• Produce competitive intelligence to inform regional and global teams.
