Bang & Olufsen Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Brand Specialist (Sales Associate) for our Times Square store. You will sell the full Bang & Olufsen range while delivering exceptional luxury service and aiming to exceed sales targets.

Actively welcome customers daily, present products, attend events, and follow marketing campaigns. Build a robust customer database with our CRM and uphold premium service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a luxury/premium brand store.
• Fluent in English and local language; third languages are a bonus.
• Strong presentation and customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist customers daily in-store.
• Present and sell Bang & Olufsen products across the full range.
• Attend store events and partner events, including evenings/weekends.
• Follow up marketing campaigns and build the customer database via CRM.
• Deliver impeccable luxury service and maintain professional presentation.
• Address customer queries to satisfaction and maintain store standards.
• Participate in training and team meetings; stay updated on product developments.
