Job summary

SF Supply Chain China is a leading logistics provider in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Hong Kong to prepare and maintain daily operational reports, handle SAP data processing, and generate client reports accurately and on time.

You will respond to client emails, act as the customer service contact for assigned clients, and assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• F.5 or above.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Logistics field or 3PL.
• Experience in data analysis and report generation.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel.
• Good command of Chinese and English.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Immediately available is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
• Handle data processing and management in the SAP system and generate client reports accurately and on time.
• Respond to client emails and address customer inquiries and requirements.
• Act as the customer service contact for assigned clients, providing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide administrative support for warehouse operations when required.
• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
