Job summary

World-Link Logistics (Asia) Holding Limited is seeking a logistics coordinator in Tsuen Wan to support delivery operations, monitor orders, and ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external parties, routing vehicles, managing product distribution, and handling inventory operations.

The role requires a DSE or above, at least 2 years of logistics experience, strong map-reading and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Form 5 / DSE or above.
At least 2 years' experience in distribution or logistics service.
Good sense of direction for the streets of Hong Kong and good map-reading skills will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal, communication, customer-oriented skills.
Stable, Smart & Pleasant.
Responsible and capable of work independently.
Immediate available is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare delivery orders and monitor the ordering process to ensure on time delivery.
Maintain good communication between internal and external parties and arrange goods delivery.
Assist the execution of delivery schedule by routing and scheduling vehicles, delivery teams, and driver's activities related to the distribution of products to customers.
Handle inventory operation management.
Prepare transportation and monthly report.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned in customer service.
