Qualifications

• Proactive, diligent and responsible with strong communication.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Experience in logistics or general services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on daily general logistics services for the Administration Department.
• Assist with compiling department reports and budgets, and oversee central procurement work.
• Arrange business travel, including liaising with suppliers and booking flights and hotels.
• Support official vehicle allocation and management, including daily scheduling, vehicle maintenance, insurance and licence renewal.
• Coordinate document delivery services.
• Check relevant bills and complete payment procedures.
