Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a Senior IT Practice Lead to drive the evolution of IT practices across its technology organisation. You will develop and continuously improve practice methodologies, frameworks, processes and toolsets, ensuring alignment with IT disciplines, Planning & Governance teams, and the Enterprise Project Management Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Ability to coach, consult with and advise individuals and teams.
• Proven leadership capability and influence in decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process improvement focus.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve IT practice methodologies, frameworks, processes and tools.
• Identify industry best practices and assess applicability within Cathay environment.
• Monitor practice performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and execute quality management frameworks including health checks.
• Lead change adoption for new practices, processes and ways of working.
• Coach practitioners, teams and champions through advisory services and training.
• Align practice frameworks with IT disciplines, Planning & Governance, and EPMO.
• Oversee IT Graduate Trainee and Internship Programme, including recruitment and rotations.
