• Familiar with international fund transfer methods such as SWIFT and SEPA.
• Fluency in English and Chinese for effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain daily SOPs to ensure continuity and integrity of operations.
• Manage fund transfers, operational fees, and follow up on fault transfers.
• Handle trade capture, ledger reconciliations, and investigate mismatches.
