• Supervise all kinds of system and database administration works.
• Responsible for System HA/DR infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot on servers, storages, and databases.
• Perform system administration, monitoring and capacity management.
• Study and deploy the latest technology to ensure system reliabilities, performance, and security.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Minimum 4 years' experience on system and database administration, including VMWare, MS Windows server, AIX, SUSE, WAS, Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, SAN configuration and administration.
• In depth understanding on high availability infrastructure setup, including load sharing, distribute processing, distributed database, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with good time management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
