Job summary

Zurich in Hong Kong is seeking a professional to support the development and maintenance of life insurance propositions from market research and ideation to implementation and launch. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, prepare product materials, and assist with UAT, documentation, and ongoing maintenance for customer-focused rollouts.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Good analytical skills and attention to details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks within agreed timelines.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI concepts in insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and enhancement of life insurance products, from market research and product ideation to implementation and launch.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand product trends, customer needs and market developments.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing product materials, including product specifications, brochures, sales and training materials, and customer communications.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and business partners to follow up on product development tasks and support the timely rollout of new products.
• Support product implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), issue follow-up and preparation of launch deliverables.
• Assist in preparing product documentation and supporting materials for internal review and approval.
• Support ongoing product maintenance, including updates to product materials and handling product-related enquiries.
• Carry out product development activities in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and procedures.
