Job summary

Zurich in Hong Kong is seeking a Life Insurance Product Development professional to drive market research, ideation, and launch of customer-focused propositions. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, prepare product materials, and support timely rollouts, with emphasis on AI-enabled tools and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in product development, product marketing or product propositions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and enhancement of life insurance products, from market research and product ideation to implementation and launch
• Assist in preparing and reviewing product materials, including product specifications, brochures, sales and training materials, and customer communications
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and business partners to follow up on product development tasks and support the timely rollout of new products
• Support product implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), issue follow-up and preparation of launch deliverables
• Assist in preparing product documentation and supporting materials for internal review and approval
• Support ongoing product maintenance, including updates to product materials and handling product-related enquiries
• Carry out product development activities in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and procedures
