Job summary

CTF Life in Hong Kong seeks a proactive junior business analyst to support life administration systems, assist with new product launches, and drive improvements to POS capabilities for distribution channels.

You will prepare test plans and cases, collaborate with end users and IT to gather requirements, analyze workflows for optimization, and perform UAT to ensure functions meet business needs; assist with ad-hoc project tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in junior business analyst role, preferably with exposure to digital POS platforms or insurance projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious and open mindset.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of new product launches and enhancements to life administration systems.
• Assist in improving Point-of-Sale (POS) capabilities for distribution channels.
• Participate in operational efficiency projects, including process streamlining, digitalization, and straight-through processing initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
• Collaborate with end users and IT teams to gather and communicate business requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionalities align with business needs.
• Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and project-related activities as required.
