Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a capable professional to support planning, development, and implementation of the Life and Health Academic Research Building in the Northern Metropolis University Town.

You will also assist in monitoring other projects under the Health impact programme, coordinating with government bodies and external partners to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in project support, administrative coordination or compliance.
• Experience with government, NGOs, education sector and/or professional bodies is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and commissioning of the Life and Health Academic Research Building, tracking timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for governance of the Life and Health Building.
• Liaise with government bureaux/departments, external agencies and internal divisions, ensuring grant conditions and reporting compliance.
• Compile progress data and support reports for internal review and submission.
• Prepare briefing materials, summaries and correspondence, plus communication and publicity materials.
