Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong, a SFC-licensed securities company, seeks a part-time legal assistant to support contract drafting, regulatory research and cross-department liaison. The role offers exposure to HK/ Mainland China financial services and a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in preparing and reviewing agreements, conduct legal/regulatory research, liaise with Marketing, Compliance and Business, and provide administrative support for ad-hoc legal projects.

Qualifications

• Law degree or current enrollment in LLB/JD/LLM program.
• Experience with Mainland China/Hong Kong financial institutions, securities brokers or law firms.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
• Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Minimum commitment of at least three days per week for a three-month period.

• Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum commitment of at least three days per week for a three-month period.
