Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to private/public equity transactions, risk management, compliance and legal matters.
• Handle tasks such as business restructures, account opening, regulatory filing, license applications and compliance approvals.
• Draft and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with transaction due diligence, legal documents review and vendor onboarding.
• Support operational tasks including trade confirmation/reconciliation/settlement, NAV calculation, risk reporting and corporate actions.
• Represent the firm professionally in correspondences with stakeholders and assist investor relations tasks.
