Link is seeking a leasing and property management professional in Hong Kong to assist in tenancy liaison, renewal negotiations, and marketing analysis. The role focuses on monitoring leasing controls, variances, income receivable, vacancy and market trends, ensuring competitive pricing and strong tenant relations.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in real estate or related field, have at least 2 years of property leasing experience, and possess strong negotiation and bilingual
Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years solid experience in property leasing.
- Strong knowledge in tenancy and facilities management with mall experience advantageous.
- Proactive with good connections to retailers and agencies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
Responsabilités
- Assist in new tenancy liaison, renewal negotiation, marketing analysis compilation.
- Monitor variances in leasing control parameters including income receivable, vacancy, trends, price, competition and turnover.
