Quarry Bay School is seeking to appoint a full-time Learning Diversity Teacher from August 2027.

This role is highly collaborative so we are looking for an experienced, well-qualified, dynamic and enthusiastic practitioner with a strong specialist understanding and commitment to inclusive education when supporting neurodivergent students within the primary years.

This is a non- class based role where the successful candidate will support personalised and differentiated inclusion for students across all year levels.

The role predominantly involves supporting students requiring support at Level of Adjustment (LOA) 3-4 and being responsible for their provision, including close liaison with class teachers, parents and external professionals.

In addition, the Learning Diversity Teacher also works collaboratively with class teachers and in close conjunction with the Head of Support to plan and deliver personalised intervention programmes across year groups.

The ability to fully understand complex needs and differentiate learning experiences for students is essential in this role.

Experience of working with external professionals in order to implement recommendations for students within the school context is also essential.
